Configure and manage email digests for quarantined messages
Email Digest
The Email Digest feature allows you to receive regular summaries of quarantined emails for your entire domain. This helps you stay informed about potentially important messages that were filtered out by your blocklist rules.
Setting Up Email Digest
To configure your email digest settings, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Inbound” section.
- Click on your domain.
- Select “Email Digest” from the menu.
Configuring Email Digest Options

Schedule: Choose the time when you want to receive the email digest. You can select a specific time of day that works best for your workflow.

Recipients: Add one or more email addresses that should receive the digest. This allows you to involve multiple team members in reviewing quarantined messages.

Save: After configuring your preferences, click “Add” to apply the changes.
Managing Quarantined Emails
The email digest will provide an overview of all emails quarantined for your domain during the specified period. From the digest, you can:
- Review quarantined message details
- Release legitimate emails
- Update blocklist rules if needed
By using the Email Digest feature, you can efficiently manage your quarantined emails and ensure that important messages are not missed while maintaining strong email security for your domain.
